    Challenges posed by non-standard neutrino interactions in the determination of δCP\delta_{CP} at DUNE

    Full text link
    One of the primary objectives of Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment (DUNE) is to discover the leptonic CP violation and to identify it's source. In this context, we study the impact of non-standard neutrino interactions (NSIs) on observing the CP violation signal at DUNE. We explore the impact of various parameter degeneracies introduced by non-zero NSI and identify which of these can influence the CP violation sensitivity and CP precision of DUNE, by considering NSI both in data and in theory. In particular, we study how the CP sensitivity of DUNE is affected because of the intrinsic hierarchy degeneracy which occurs when the diagonal NSI parameter ϵee=1\epsilon_{ee}=-1 and δCP=±90\delta_{CP}= \pm 90^{\circ}

    Possibility of observing Leptonic CP violation with perturbed Democratic mixing patterns

    Full text link
    The Daya Bay Collaboration has recently reported the precise measurement of θ138.8±0.8\theta_{13}\simeq 8.8^\circ \pm 0.8^\circ or θ130\theta_{13} \neq 0 at 5.2 \sigma level. The observed non-zero θ13\theta_{13} can be accommodated by some general modifications to the Democratic mixing matrix. Using such matrices we study the possibility of observing non-zero CP violation in the leptonic sector.Comment: 12 pages, 3 figures, typos corrected, version to appear in MPL

    Due to its openness, data speaking about is continually organized within the hostile setting and uncovered to numerous challenges of security. Speaking about of understanding wasn't have you been simple while using the advancements of cloud computing, along with an exact analysis on shared data provides you with several strengths for that society. Within our work we commence a manuscript idea of forward secure Identity-based ring signature, that's necessary tool for structuring cost-effective reliable furthermore to anonymous system of understanding speaking about. The unit permits an idea of identity based ring signature plan to incorporate forward security the initial in literature to contain this selection for ring signature in identity based setting. Within our work we advance security of identity based ring signature by way of provision of forward security. The forward guaranteed Identity-based ring signature is definitely an name based setting plus this process, removal of pricey certificate verification procedure can make it reliable and suitable for analysis of massive data

    On Farm Testing (OFT) of palak were conducted in Ernakulam Krishi Vigyan Kendra during 2012-13. Highest green leaf vegetable yield (18.00.q/ha) was recorded in variety Harit Shobha and All Green in first year with farmers practice. Programme was continued in 2nd year under Front Line Demonstration (FLD). It was observed that Harit Shobha cultivar gave 20.0 q/ha-1 green leaf yields which was higher over All Green and farmers practice. An average yield of two cultivar Harit Shobha and All green was 15.5 q/ ha-1 and 17.7 q ha-1 in OFT and FLD, respectively. The average technology gap, extension gap and technology index of 2.9 q ha-1, 9.5 q ha-1 and 38 per cent and 1.8q ha-1, 7.5qha-1 and 30 per cent during first and second year, respectively. Technology index reduced from 38 to 30 per cent during the study period means technology was accepted by the farmers. As a result, 500 farmers initiated the small scale farming of palak in the district with the technical guidance provided from KVK
